Located in the Hoosier State and right at home in Southern Indiana, JeffersonPV is taking shape at the River Ridge Commerce Center—one of the Midwest’s premier industrial hubs. This major solar photovoltaic cell manufacturing facility represents nearly $1 billion investment in Indiana’s future, bringing advanced manufacturing, strong supply chains, and over 1000 American manufacturing jobs to the region.
With strong local and state backing, and in close partnership with the River Ridge Development Authority, JeffersonPV reflects Indiana’s practical, get-it-done commitment to economic development—bringing advanced energy manufacturing while expanding on the state’s deep industrial roots.
Every cell produced at JeffersonPV helps reinforce Indiana’s reputation as a place where things are made, innovation is put to work, and communities grow. From River Ridge to the broader Ohio River Valley, this project is another step in keeping Indiana competitive, resilient, and open for business. 100% of the product produced at JeffersonPV will supply CS PowerTech’s module plant in Mesquite, Texas—helping to ensure the American energy dominance through building domestic supply chains.
